Each law firm’s Diversity Survey responses are also published in the Law Firm Diversity Database. The database currently includes nine years of survey data and information on more than 250 law firms. Through this online tool, you can make side-by-side comparisons of diversity metrics, gauge firms’ progress over time, and measure their performance against industry-wide benchmarks.
