Durie Tangri is proof that the daydreams often shared amongst
law students of starting their own firm can become a reality.
Founding partners Mark Lemley, Daralyn Durie and Ragesh Tangri all
hit the books together at UC Berkeley School of Law, and after
billing hour after hour together at Keker & Van Nest, the
trio--joined by Keker partners Clement Roberts and Ryan Kent and a
Keker associate--executed their plan to hang their own shingle and
founded Durie Tangri. Located in San Francisco, CA, the firm's
practice focuses on civil litigation, intellectual property,
contract and commercial matters, antitrust and unfair competition,
class actions, appellate practice and professional liability.
Although Durie Tangri is relatively small with just over 20
attorneys, it represents some big names such as Google, LinkedIn,
Twitter, Fitbit and Sanpchat.
