Growing Up in ‘Hot-Lanta

Frank Constangy—known to his colleagues as ‘Mr. C’—established the firm in 1946 in Atlanta with partners Legree Davis and Mildred McClelland, who was one of the few female attorneys in Atlanta at the time.
