Clients have included Accor, Marriott, and Hilton. Privately held, iBAHN was founded in 1998.
The company has said that its strategy for staying ahead of competitors centers on the development of new products and services to improve renewal rates for its services and entice new clients. In 2010 the company introduced the iMEDIA software tool which enable the display and navigation of Web content via in-room televisions.
iBAHN's core offering is its ETVi service, which feeds digital television, music, movies, hotel information, as well as email and Web access to guest rooms.
