Very competitive. I often felt I had to watch my back. You can feel scrutinized.

Advice to Candidates

Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, understand that the culture is quite peculiar. Lots of ambitious and a little pretentious young colleagues. But a great opportunity to be exposed to a tech business.
