Advice to Candidates

Lifescience Dynamics hires freshly minted PhDs, PharmDs and prepares them for a career in life science consulting through hands-on experience in one or more of several areas. Throughout the program, but especially in the first two years they get extensive business trainings participants in the program receive the opportunity to meet one-on-one with executives, take leadership classes, and have their work published and presented at ISPOR poster sessions. After two years, they all get twice a intensive training week in January and in July.

If you have a strong interest in the life sciences, you'd like to work with lots of different companies, and you're interested in working with a company with a lot of growth potential, consider Lifescience Dynamics. The base pay is a bit low given the small size of the company, but if opportunities for progression and unique culture are important to you, it's worth it.
