International Trade Administration

  • Overview

Looking to get your company's piece of the Chinese marketplace? The International Trade Administration (ITA) exists to help American businesses export to China and lots of other places. It provides market selection information, enforces international trade agreements, and protects US markets from dumped and subsidized imports. The administration's four divisions assist business owners through more than 240 offices worldwide (Commercial Service), negotiate agreements and conduct research (Manufacturing and Services), help firms identify and profit from US trade agreements (Market Access and Compliance), and enforce trade laws (Import Administration).
