The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) provides centralized interagency law enforcement training for about 85 federal agencies as well as for state, local, and international agencies. FLETC's basic training programs include Criminal Investigator Training, Mixed Basic Police Training, and Natural Resources Police Training (serving agencies with a land management mission). FLETC's advanced training programs cover such topics as behavioral science, computer and financial investigation, and counterterrorism. Course titles include Land Transportation Anti-terrorism, Marine Law Enforcement, and Money Laundering. FLETC, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, has a budget of $461 million.
