Schwab has lost its way

2.0 of 5 stars

Charles Schwab had a good reputation in the investing community for a reason. The broker offers high-quality customer service, competitive trading platforms and a large selection of commission-free exchange traded funds and no-transaction-fee mutual funds.

Schwab was once a great place to work, where employees could count on job security and a management that put employees first. In the SF Bay Area, that has changed. December 2015 | FORMER EMPLOYEE

Great founder, innovative in different corners of the company. Lots of different opportunities. Works hard at employees embracing a common vision & values.

Big company, not a lot of diversity. Executives still largely white males. Can have a lot of bureaucracy.

Advice to Candidates

A good company overall, definitely go and check it out.
