Mergers and Acquisitions
In 2015 Embarcadero acquired Castalia for Delphi and Usertility from TwoDesk Software. Productivity features of Castalia are to allow a better coding experience in RAD Studio. RAD Studio will also feature Usertility, a service for monitoring app use.
The company also acquired CA Technologies CA ERwin Data Modeling product. This gives Embarcadero a broader route to market through additional channel partners.
In 2013 the company acquired AnyDAC from DA-SOFT Technologies. AnyDAC is a powerful, yet easy-to-use software development library for Enterprise-class data access.
