Cegedim Relationship Management helps pharmaceutical companies conduct business. A subsidiary of Cegedim, the company offers services and software that manage and analyze sales efforts for pharmaceutical and other life sciences companies. Its products include applications that can access product information and physician databases, evaluate competitors, and catalog client and prospect data. The company does business in more than 80 countries and serves small to large companies and government agencies. It routinely partners with consulting and technology companies looking to develop and cross-promote products for the life sciences market. Capgemini, Informatica, Microsoft, TAKE, and TIBCO are among its partners.
In 2010 Cegedim Relationship Management purchased SK&A Information Services, a US-based provider of health care data and information. The company integrated SK&A's information services and data into its OneKey business unit. The previous year the company reinforced its presence in the Nordic region of Europe when it acquired Sweden-based Nomi Group, a provider of business intelligence and sales-related services for pharmaceutical companies in the region.
Known as Dendrite International until 2007, the company changed its name to Cegedim Dendrite after it was acquired by Cegedim. In 2010 it changed its name again to Cegedim Relationship Management to better reflect its current business.
