Want to Review a Different Company?
of 5 stars
Dell has a vast array of training material that you can access. I was able to take advantage of this and learn new software and skills.
The percent level of salary increases were small. Career advancement opportunities were minimal.
Things could probably be different now, vs back when I was apart of the company. If interested in Dell, I would come in at the highest position possible and not get my hopes up for quickly moving up the "corporate ladder" through hard work. Definitely need to get involved with office politics.

Very easy to move across functions and teams.People are generally very easy to get along with.
Lots of shuffling within teams after Dell went private. Can be bureaucratic and frustating
You have to be politically savvy to navigate through your career at Dell.
