Excellent work/life balance and flexible work optionsGood benefit package
Finding a career path and earning promotions can be challenging for some employees
none other than it's a great job to work at.

Amazing culture and people. Your colleagues will inspire you to be better and constantly strive for improvement. Lots of free food to be found.
Work-life balance can be hard to maintain during peak times, lack of diversity sometimes.
Seek mentors early on to get engaged and to receive career advice and how to navigate the culture.

Ability to work with super intelligent colleaguesWorking with the latest technologyAutonomy to work in teams and contribute independentlyNice benefits and perksWork Life Balance is pretty good
Promotions are difficult to come byCareer development can be greatly improvedPay is typically lower than what the market will command
I would definitely recommend working for Cisco, the challenge lies in what you want to do with your career. Yes it's a global company but I don't see them developing your career if you are the ambitious type
