Investment bankers Penn Capital Group specializes in middle-market
firms with values ranging from $1 million to $15 million.
Based in Pennsylvania and focusing mostly on serving Mid-Atlantic

company based on factors such as history and past
performance. Penn then finds potential buyers through its
referral network, makes sure the prospective buyers qualify
financially and, once an agreed upon match is made with the seller,
closes the deal.
