New environment, new challenges, new possibilites you seek in yourself

4.8 of 5 stars

Entry-level in Corporate Finance | Tokyo | 2015 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

A challenging environment that also promotes your career and abilities is the best aspect of JP Morgan.

Downers

Unfortunately, could not find an aspect that outstands to be mentioned as the "worst" aspect.

Advice to Candidates

During your job hunting process, do not compare companies only by how well they pay you. Please focus more on the culture and people who work there. Money could beome a factor that helps you to grow and step up to a new level of stage, but money itself cannot directly affect your career. Instead, people who support you inside the firm and the culture that promotes you to constantly develop are stronger assets that companies provide you. JP Morgan knows and emphasizes those basics.
