The brand name and the relationship built with some very interesting clients.

Downers

Way too much admin work for a sales role despite having an assistant. Very poor training. Poor feedback from line manager on how to improve weaknesses. Too many compliance departments and low coordination between them, so you will likely have to give the same information more than once.

Advice to Candidates

Negotiate your pay. They will low-ball you. Be ready to have to ask clients very uncomfortable questions. If you're looking for good training, you might want to reconsider.

No much time to know your coworkers

Advice to Candidates

You have to research intensively the company before apply, know their values. Specific terms such as RoRWAs, IFRS9 and other technicalities could give you and edge. Be sure to know in deep the area that you are applying for.
