Salary & Benefits Review

We pay at or above street, and the vast majority is cash comp. Stock comp only goes to officers, so analysts and associates get all cash.

We have been able to maintain a small firm feel, providing a lot of opportunity for perks. We have a better meal expense policy than anybody else I know of. We have group walks, a basketball team, a lot of happy hours, meditation classes, etc.
