While the workload for junior bankers can certainly be busy at times, the majority of it is related to active deals an pitches. no time-wasting "idea pitches." All-nighters are few and far between. Excellent exit opportunities for analysts - nearly all go into private equity.

The compensation is at or above any of the bulge brackets in New York, and we have as good a level of access to the relevant clients as any bank. Also, as a junior banker, you are responsible for many more aspects of the deal versus a bulge bracket, so you learn about aspects of the clients' business that you otherwise wouldn't.
