Experienced in Operations (i.e. HR, Internal Accounting, Marketing, etc.) | New York, NY | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

The worst aspect of the compensation structure is the time it takes for your RSU's to convert to Stock then the additional 3 years it takes before the shares can be sold.

Experienced in Private Wealth Management/Private Banking | San Francisco, CA | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

Executive in Portfolio Management | New York, NY | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

Broadly, the benefits package is in line with what I would expect for Fortune 100 companies, with a somewhat more generous maternity / paternity leave policy.

Executive | New York, NY | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

Best - Vesting period is fair and allows for appreciation. Cash bonus is fair as a %.
Worst - I don't have any complaints.

Executive in Retail Brokerage Services | Miami, FL | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Salary & Benefits Review

direct compensation between pay and results is fantastic- I really don't have to be concerned about corporate politics from a compensatory standpoint
worst aspect is the length of time ti takes stock to vest
