Company is growing a lot and at the same time you still have a lot of exposure to deals and spend less time working on origination and pitch presentations than on a bulge bracket

This is investment banking and a client driven business. Given that, there are expected hardships related to tight deadlines and long hours. However, the work can be exciting and rewarding. If you want to do investment banking I can't think of a better place to work.
