good opportunities, many people, international

Downers

pressure, bad communication

Stimulating and chance to expand my experience but it would be much better for me and CS if it had a more modern approach to working life.

People are great colleagues and the work and opportunity to try new projects is very varied and open.

Downers

Hierarchy, technology is appalling (very old laptops that break all the time, expecting employees to use their own phones for work)

Advice to Candidates

Long hours but interesting work, good people but not arrogant, pay is ok but the overall package makes it better, great for those who don't think they would 'fit' into finance - if you have a disability, kids, LGBT, look after a sick or elderly relative - you get that support and can still have a fulfilling career.

Great place to start a career!
