Technology and pay raises and promotions
Most employees that remain with the company don't have any incentive to work harder. Company continues to hire externally and internal promotions are usually maxed out at 3% (if you're lucky). So much money is spend on useless materials and offsite (waste of time) meetings.Oh and let me not for get to mention careless branch remodel spending to get the job done last minute.
