Compensation is the best of any financial institution and is the most prestigious firm on Wall Street

Depending on your role, Citi can be horrible or great. Ever since transfer to a new role, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Compensation - way north of $100k as a 22 year old/fresh out of college. Promotion- very fast track to an MD (~13 years). Flexibility to move locations/change groups- very flexible as long as you perform well and are generally liked.
