there are basically two rounds of interviews, each is one to one and it could be easier if you prepare in advance

Start networking early because every year the recruiting process starts earlier. I cannot emphasize the importance of networking with people at the office you would like an internship at.

Long hours, noticeably different cultures between teams. Some strong teams have lost significant numbers of people.

Do your research thoroughly. Some parts of the banks have a significantly better reputation than others on the street.
