Relatively high turnover in SEAFormal training can be limited
Have a clear career plan, and make sure you take strategic initiatives to gain the necessary skills and experiences to realize that plan. This is a large organization, so as long as you're doing well, you may get to a middle-management position. However, if you are not strategic, you may be trapped in a position where your future opportunities are determined more by the type of projects that you happened to be assigned to by chance, rather than the types of engagements you are actually interested in.
