There are good people here, ....some. Some thing have gotten slightly better over the years.

Downers

Bad news is almost everything else has gotten steadily worse. Management seems to know nothing about seats or the seats industry. Engineering is consistently behind the ridiculous schedules they want, and so is manufacturing. Now we are unofferable to a variety of carriers and are consistently late on our deliveries to clients. No Idea why ANY airline would purchase from us, other than that they can walk all over us and get exactly what they want while management places the blame on the workers and cracks the whip. We have no idea how much things cost, every estimate I've seen for seats is WAY off the actual cost; especially when you consider late fees, air freight etc. If we were a publicly traded company, oh my, ......SEC would have a seizure.
