Main perks include flexible work hours, collaborative colleagues and internal employee initiatives rare for a company operating out of China.

Downers

Pay is relatively low, although much of this can be attributed to the market, and it is oftentimes hard to move past your primary account(s) to diversify your project scope.

Advice to Candidates

It is important to consider whether you want to work within the consumer division or corporate prior to entering the firm, since it isn't very easy to switch between the two divisions once you're in.
