Clients have included Michelin, the USDA, Intervet, and Monsanto. Founded in 1989, Osborn & Barr has offices in St. Louis; Kansas City, Missouri; and Des Moines.
In March 2009 Osborn & Barr acquired St. Louis-based social media firm Elasticity, which specializes in mobile marketing, search marketing, and identifying digital marketing trends.
Founding partner Steve Barr stepped down as CEO in April 2009, making way for Michael Turley. Barr will become the chairman of the company's new board of directors. Turley is a 17-year veteran of Osborn & Barr.
