specializes in providing firms with millions of online
research panelists (including health care and young adult panels),
enabling clients to interact with consumers and business
executives. Research Now supports research study applications such
as advertising effectiveness, brand comparison, and customer
satisfaction. Serving more than 3,000 clients, it owns consumer
panels with more millions of respondents coming from almost 40
countries. The company was founded in 1999.
The fast-growing company operates from more than 20 offices
around the world. Research Now offers international research
services with samples from panels in Belgium, Germany, France,
Mexico, the Netherlands, and the UK. Its international sample types
include IT professionals, physicians, and specialty consumer
(audio, video games).
Back in 2010 the company launched offices in New
Delhi; Milan, Italy; and Munich, Germany. The year before, it
opened ones in Madrid and Paris.
e-Rewards operates through its business units Research Now,
e-Miles, Peanut Labs, Conversition, and iPinion.
The company has used partnerships to spur expansion. In 2012
e-Rewards partnered with website Kiva to become Kiva's exclusive
partner for market research surveys.
Mergers and Acquisitions
e-Rewards has picked up the pace when it comes to acquiring
other companies and launching offices in emerging markets. Recently
the company has been fortifying its position in the cutting-edge
social media and mobile arenas. In 2012 e-Rewards acquired the
business of iPinion, a fast-growing mobile-specific market research
and consumer insights firm. In 2011 the company acquired
Conversition, a firm that collects, cleans, analyses, and
redistributes data from online social media channels.
