Comments

The compensation on occasion has been less than Big4 firms, but Rehmann more than makes up for it in firm leadership, culture, work life balance, and overall hours worked. It's typical for new associates in public accounting to get burnt out after 3 years and then move to corporate industry. Rehmann, however, is a long-term firm - it's manageable hours with great people and opportunities for growth, impact, and leadership.

A positive work experience that exceeded my expectations of working with a firm of this size. The best surprise was the people.

Minimal micro-management; great people; high standards for work; committment to quality.

Downers

Incomplete and late communication; transparency faults; remote offices have diverse and inconsistent cultures; marketing favors the geographical clustering of offices.

Comments

Learning about the various Rehmann practice management models; meeting people; understanding the firm's management principles and core values.
