Entry-level in Audit & Assurance | Atlanta, GA | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

Flexibility

Downers

Productivity Expectations vs. individual gains

Advice to Candidates

The workload is already large- if you do your job well you will be rewarded with more work, if you do your job poorly you will be judged severely. This is more than accountability- To achieve a higher tier you must take on more than your fair share of work and you will receive the equivalent of about $50 a month. Rest assured you are adding more than $50 of value. The firm will take advantage of your productivity and in turn give you promises that are often empty.
