2.1 of 5 stars

Entry-level in Audit & Assurance | Charlotte, NC | 2017 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

Overall, the people are very smart and motivated - I learn a lot from the people that I work with.

Downers

Oftentimes, I think that the hours are ridiculous and it becomes hard to have a life outside of work.

Comments

Make sure that you truly understand the type of work that you will be doing and the hours involved. Also, be sure to surround yourself with co-workers that support you.

Mid-level in Tax

2.1 of 5 stars

Philadelphia, PA | 2017 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

Flexibility with working from home.

Downers

I don't mind working like a machine, I just want to be compensated better for it. So it's the hours and compensation.

Comments

Workload - nonstop. Hard to take vacations, even during the "non-busy" seasons.
Quality of life - if you want to advance - work comes first unfortunately.
Compensation - I hear it gets better at management. But I don't know.
Business outlook - strong. Hard to get fired - you'd have to really screw it up for a long time.
