Partner/Principal in External Audit | Washington, DC | 2015 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

PwC's culture of protecting and nurturing its employees cannot be matched.

Downers

The same as those faced at any Big Four accounting firm.

All in all - I would recommend that my own children work for PwC. It is a great firm - with a rich history - and a VERY solid future.

Everything Wonderful, Squared

Entry-level in Tax | Atlanta, GA | 2015 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

The flexability, the work we perform for our clients (value-add), and the people I work with.

Downers

The compensation/bonus scheme (not including benefits/perks which are very good).

Comments

This firm has focused on most of the important factors for a new employee in the this field including flexibility, learning experiences, firm culture and networking, exposure to clients and work. The prestige of the firm is undeniable both when in front of clients and when compared against our competitors. Though compensation does not necessarily match the amount of time/hours you give to the job, the pay-off is in the long run - either with the firm or in a different job - due to the amount of training and experience you are provided.
