Senior management team does not appear to be focused on the right things.

I think the management team needs to be shaken up. They manage by numbers and although we are a CPA firm before we merged we focused on people and the profits just came. They merger has caused some pretty serious cultural change and it might be nice to have some new leadership that doesnt appear to have ties to one legacy firm or the other. The people I directly work with are great and probably the only reason I am still here.

It is a pleasent environment to work in. The people I work with are awesome and easy to approach. We work hard when we are here but are also able to take time when we need it (vacation, personal days, etc)

I suppose I would say that the worst part is the busy cycles. This is the nature of public accounting though and I don't feel like it would be any different at another firm.

Easy-going atmosphere, great mentoring process, ability to advance rather quickly, lots of on the job training and research opportunities
