Executive in Information Technology | Hartford, CT | 2018 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

In my position it is the flexbility of working hours, working space and the projects I'm on.

Downers

The firm continues to struggle with moving past "traditional" accounting roles, how audits should be done (including the technology used) and breaking the model of a traditional accounting firm.

Advice to Candidates

PTO, the people I work with, and the flexibility of the job

Downers

The pay could be better for what we have to do. Also the perks could be better, such as coffee at the office and the parking situation
