The people are the very best to work with. In addition, you are given responsibility very quickly which is exciting as well as get to be in the board room, sometimes being the youngest person there.

Downers

Long hours. Comp could be better.

Advice to Candidates

I've had the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest people I've met while working at KPMG. I enjoy the company of the people I work with and look forward to working with them on a daily basis. I've also appreciated the fact that I've been given the opportunity to work in very complex areas and with high-profile businesses at a young age. I've enjoyed my experience in the board room, where I'm often the youngest person in the room. However, it takes a lot of work, including long hours, to get there.

We are passionate about what we do at KPMG and the firm really cares about the people who make up the firm and our professional responsibilities.
