Firm Culture, work/life balance, flexibility

If you are looking for a firm that is a little bit smaller(still 23rd largest in the nation, so not that small), has a great culture, offers flexibility, does not have excessive hours, allows almost immediate client contact, offers a diverse amount of experience, allows you to see and touch all parts of the audit in year one, allows you to see and touch the report in year two, offers great upward mobility, and is contstantly expanding and growing firm, the Eide Bailly is the firm for you!

Good people to work with; continuing education is excellent; flexible hours.

Promotions sometimes happen because we need someone in that position, not because they are able to do the job.


Comments

Work/life balance is really a balance, it's not just a promotional tool. Overtime is not excessive, although we all have to do it at one point.

We receive so much training that I can't imagine working someplace that doesn't invest in their employees this way. I LOVE the flex work arrangement. This has kept me where I am at because I don't see many employers that will give me the flexibility I need to be a parent.
