Like any firm, you have to work until you get the job done

Other than regular paycheck, it's nice to know other perks how often they'll pay for your meals, and stipend for transportation and other bills. It's good to know work/life balance and how flexible the firm is. It's good to know if you have to options to have interfirm transfer to other locations if you want to move.
