Fantastic culture, especially the Atlanta office. The firm has a great life/work balance, competitive pay, challenging assignments, great clients, caring management, and is growing quickly. The office space in the 191 building is an incredible space

Downers

I enjoy traveling, but it's part of the life of a consultant, so consider whether or not it's for you. Work hours can be long at times, but there are definitely times when the hours are more normal.

Comments

I can't imagine a reason to work at another CPA/consulting firm.

I love this place!

After spending 5 years in the Big 4, I have found a home. Have been here for 2 years and have had 2 promotions and the future looks very bright! DHG is the only public accounting firm that puts people first and the opportunities, advancement, learning/training, and projects are just endless. The people are great and it is a really fun place to work!

Downers

Not really a downer, but you quickly become a victim of your own success. Lack of brand awareness is a downfall but the firm is working on it effortlessly.

Its best to know someone that is already in the firm

Look on LinkedIn and on the DHG Website, DHG hires a lot through referrals so it really helps to know someone

Comments

It comes back to the people, accounting is a demanding profession, but when it is with people you enjoy working with, it makes the job much easier. The compensation is extremely competitive.
