Zero Ethical Values

1.0 of 5 stars

July 2017 | FORMER EMPLOYEE

Uppers

Great Associate level staff - great talent and that is about it.

Downers

Upper Management is unethical, no values in place and behind the door activity to push certain people down while bring the others up not based on quality work but their own click.

Comments

Waste of time if you are looking to build a long-term relationship -the environment is toxic and will bring one down and there are many great firms that offer the same or better work experience with ethical management to support your way to a better career!

Micro Managed

2.0 of 5 stars

April 2017 | CURRENT EMPLOYEE

Uppers

Remote working, work/life balance, good pay, leadership is somewhat organized

Downers

No internal training, staff is not properly trained (only on the job training), no shadowing upper management opportunities, no cross over training, micro managed to death, rotators for staff is not a good model for growth.

Comments

Understand what training you will or will not receive. It's hard to find training on your own. While they offer Crowe University, it doesn't take the place of in-house, face-to-face training - especially for networking!Be prepared to be micro-managed, have your ideas continually shot down - not being allowed to contribute fresh, new ideas.
