Varies by department, but the people I work with make working long hours with difficult clients better. Everyone in my group is looking to help each other learn and grow.

Advice to Candidates

Workload and quality of life are going to be pretty similar across firms because the nature of the industry is a high-stress, deadline-driven environment. CohnReznick as a firm does do it's best to provide social events, benefits, and perks to break the stress and managers and partners do show they care about their employees beyond revenue generating. It's a growing firm and there's room to move up and be a part of that growth.

Work-life balance

Downers

Lack of diversity in client industries

Advice to Candidates

The pay is equal to, if not more, than the big competitor firms and the workload is less. This makes for a great quality of life compared to my peers. I also enjoy our firms commitment to development and growth both as a firm and on the individual employee level.
