Experienced in Audit & Assurance | Hartford, CT | 2017 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

The team members are great to work with and there is a strong relationship between team members. Most of the partners are approachable.

Downers

Some of the partners I work with are lazy and barely put in any effort. Barely go to clients. Don't look at work or understand the client's operations. The Scheduling process is terrible because we have such few staff/seniors. Jobs are terribly understaffed and underschedules so its no wonder nothing in the office gets out on time.

The office location and not working Big 4 hours

Downers

Typical public accounting gripes such as boring work and alot of hours.

Comments

Cohnreznick is okay as far as public accounting firms go. Workload is seasonal, compensation is not that great and no retirement benefits at all, and health insurance stinks. Firm outlook is stable.
