Entry-level in Audit & Assurance | Bethesda, MD | 2016 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Interview Review

The firm has a highly competitive process, going to many schools to recruit bright accounting majors with an interest in public accounting. The firm definitely looks to students who are committed to obtaining their CPA and to those with the drive to earn the 150 credits needed. The firm also is competitive with GPA and school invovement outside of classes. There was an initial interview followed by a second interview at the actual office. It was a long 2 day process with multiple networking events to test how well you mixed with others working at the firm. I believe this interest process is made to hire the best students fit for this firm.
