Experienced in Consulting | San Ramon, CA | 2017 | VERIFIED EMPLOYEE

Uppers

The office is close to where I live.

Downers

I am often having to travel to clients' offices (billed over 200 hours/year) and get no compensation for these earnings that the company is making off of my personal time.

Advice to Candidates

Make sure you like the salary they offer you because annual increases are only 2% - 4% per year. The bonus structure is ok, but if you take any vacation time in a quarter, you have to work hard to make up the hours.
