The worst aspect of our benefits package is the health care. For a single employee 90% of health care is covered, but for someone with a family, only 25% of their dependents are covered. Over $1200 a month (over a quarter of my paycheck) went to pay health care premiums before we qualified for Medicare.

They have a good culture and always have snacks in the office. I think they could improve by giving us a 401K match and a Gym/lifestyle reimbursements.
