Vault editors created a questionnaire that was sent to major employers in the region. Employers were invited to submit information on their organizations, and more specifically, to provide information on any recruitment initiatives for students (whether undergraduate, graduate or MBA students) and recent graduates. Companies that compiled and provided this information have been included in this guide, and all the information in this guide is self-reported by the company.

The guide is formatted so that the information for each company is presented in the same way, since each company was sent the same Vault questionnaire. The complete questionnaire sent to the employers is printed in the introduction to this guide. In cases where an employer did not provide information for certain questions, the unanswered questions are not reprinted in its profile.

We encourage you to use the information in the guide as a springboard to ask constructive questions and open a dialogue with potential employers.

We hope that this resource is found useful by students and recent graduates who are evaluating the opportunities at potential employers, taking into consideration their own personal developmental goals.
