This week’s spring bonus news:

Dechert LLP: Dechert announced that it will pay spring bonuses on the Cravath scale. The bonuses will be based on 2010 billables and receipt of 2010 year-end bonuses.

Goodwin Procter LLP: Goodwin Procter announced that it will pay “special bonuses”—which will be awarded in June—on the Cravath scale. Associates must have reached 1950 hours between May 1, 2010 and April 30, 2011 to be eligible.

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP: Orrick—which adheres to a merit-based compensation model—announced that it will pay spring bonuses. Bonuses will be awarded based on receipt of 2010 year-end bonuses, performance, and 2010 billables.
