Scalia: "My wife calls me 'Mr. Clueless'"

 Justices Scalia and Breyer testify in front of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law about the Administrative Conference of the United States and the interplay between new technologies and the “negotiated rule process” for federal agencies.  It sounds insanely boring but it’s not.  Interesting contrast between the two in terms of “Twitter awareness.”
