Sullivan & Cromwell Suprime Superhero Rodge Cohen sits down for an interesting chat with Bloomberg TV.  Among other things, he cautions against judgements based on "Giant Squid Syndrome."

I've gone through a number of investigations, and if the e-mails quoted are the most incriminating that exist, it would seem to me that there is a case yet to be made.

Advice to clients, generally:

Stay off e-mails whenever possible

On “Too Big To Fail”:

Artificial limitations are wrong, size does not equate to risk.
