Raj Rajaratnam Guilty of Insider Trading

Raj Rajaratnam—founder of Galleon Group—has been convicted of insider trading. He was convicted on all 14 counts, which included 9 counts of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and 5 counts of securities fraud. Rajaratnam—who was represented by BigLaw firm Akin Gump—will appeal. Check out Vault's Finance blog for more information and past coverage of the trial.
