Paul Hastings pulls away in Atlanta?

 Paul  has just announced that it is raising first-year associate salaries to the NYC “market rate” of $160,000.  According to the Fulton County Daily Report, peer firms, such as King & Spalding and Alston Bird are unlikely to match.  If so, it would be  Atlanta, surprisingly, that would become the frontier city of the  (some say) inevitable BigLaw class system.
