Introducing Vault Law's New Blog Duo: Eli R. Shahmoon & Hays

We’re pleased to introduce a pair of new contributors to Vault's Law Blog: Eli R. Shahmoon and Hays Ellisen. Eli and Hays are the co-founding partners of Shahmoon & Ellisen LLP, a boutique practice that focuses on corporate and technology law. Prior to opening S&E, Eli practiced corporate securities law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Sidley Austin LLP in New York and was also general counsel to the Limewire peer-to-peer music-sharing service and a London-based hedge fund. Hays spent over 10 years as a BigLaw transactional attorney in New York, most recently as a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Each week, their “S&E Law Blog” posts will feature their insights and analysis on current legal issues impacting clients and attorneys.
